Exchange and Return Policy

  • You can exchange or return products within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product within the Kingdom only.
  • Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, with all product information cards or labels attached, in their original packaging, and unused.
  • The customer does not bear the shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return in the following cases:

1- The customer receives a product other than the one he ordered.

2- The product is broken or malfunctioning due to an error by the shipping company.

3- The product is defective for any other reason.


The customer bears the shipping cost, which is calculated for sending and returning, even if the order is included in the free shipping offer for shipments weighing 15 kg or less, for an amount of 57 riyals.

The customer bears the shipping cost, which is calculated for sending and returning, even if the order is included in the free shipping offer for heavy shipments weighing over 30 kg or more, at an amount of 150 riyals.

In the following cases:

1- The customer chooses a product other than the one he wanted.

2- The product is no longer suitable for him.

3- The customer no longer wants the product.


Replacement and return steps:

You can submit a replacement or refund request by sending the following information to WhatsApp number (0569310280) or email ([email protected]):

• Customer phone number.

• Customer name.

• Name of the product to be replaced or returned.

• Reason for exchange or return.

Refund within 14 working days.

• You will be informed of the return order method and will be served directly once your order is received and the safety of the products and accessories is confirmed.
